The first week in Scotland was a week of observation. While adjusting to a time difference, a bit of a communication barrier, and the extreme change in weather, I spent my time as an onlooker. I attended the Edinburgh Pride Festival, hiked Salisbury Crags, scurried around the town while on a scavenger hunt, traveled to North Berwick, and participated in the World Record Tea Dance in the Grassmarket of Edinburgh.
